Cancellations and Deposits

Clients may request cancellation in writing. If a project is canceled before work begins, the deposit may be refunded after deducting documented project expenses already incurred, in accordance with the project agreement and applicable law.

These expenses may include materials purchased, special orders, permit fees, and other project-specific costs that cannot be recovered.

Work Already Performed

If work has begun, any refund will take into account services completed, materials supplied, and other documented project costs. We will provide a breakdown of any deductions.

Any approved refund amount and processing timeline will be confirmed in writing.
